Contract with Europ Assistance
For your holiday, we offer insurance cover with Europ Assistance, with a contract to cover the following risks:
- Cancellation of your holiday due to serious illness, the death of a loved one, the hospitalisation of your child etc... You will receive a refund of your tour subject to the terms and conditions of sale.
- Costs of search and rescue (helicopter, medical transport to the nearest hospital). Particularly important in Switzerland and Italy where rescue services can be very expensive.
- Reimbursement of the part of your tour not completed due to abandoning the tour for medical reasons.
Cost of insurance: 4.2% of the total price of your tour.
This insurance is not obligatory but it is advisable to be covered for risks and particularly for evacuation.
Before your holiday, you must provide the policy number of your insurance: Europ Assistance or another insurer.
Payment of your tour by credit card can cover risks, but these types of insurances can be restrictive.
