We reach the climbing site of Les Tines, ideal to start or to get back into the activity. This school site offers very good quality of rock and equipment. After the picnic, we will settle down at the hotel before leaving to discover the banks of the Giffre with the mountain bike. This ride is a pleasure and will be totally adapted to the level of the group as for the mileage. A swimming stop in a small lake will delight the volunteers.

Day 2

We discover the Fer à Cheval cirque, emblematic of the Giffre valley and the Sixt natural park. Our hike starts quietly on the flat before climbing the "pas du Boret" and its equipped passages and joining the mountain pastures. The descent  cross an easier path by the "Bout du Monde" and the bottom of the valley with 40 waterfalls, which brings us back to the starting point.

Day 3

Our objective is the Anterne valley, a superb landscape at the foot of the Fiz mountain range where marmots live around without caring about our presence. A good path leads us to the collet d'Anterne, from where we discover the valley and its beautiful river. From the refuge, a progressive ascent by the small col d'Anterne allows us to reach the lake, one of the most beautiful of Haute Savoie, and the picnic area. Descent to the refuge by the GR. Day 4

This day starts on the "Paroi du Mont" where we follow this via ferrata equipped with cables, rungs, footbridge, ladders. We enjoy a beautiful atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Giffre valley and the surrounding mountains. This unique experience on an itinerary adapted to beginners with a large variety of passages and its different escapes, leaves us with an exhilarating impression. A quiet return by a forest path allows us to reach the parking lot peacefully. Picnic at the Lac des Dames in Samoëns, then transfer to the site of La Frasse for a new climbing experience.

Day 5

We go back to the cirque of Fer-à-Cheval, this time with an electric mountain bike, to make the most of this last day. The electric assistance allows us to do more elevation in one day without worrying.
