As part of a detox cure, food is hypotoxic: the goal is to generate as few toxins and toxins as possible in the body. It is also a diet which aims to provide the body with less energy than it needs, in order to generate the natural process of autolysis: the body draws on its reserves and waste to nourish itself and therefore cleans itself.
The detox diet will be vegan: animal products (meat, fish) are excluded as well as animal by-products (dairy products, eggs etc.). But don't worry... we will show you that it is possible to have a detox, vegan diet while remaining festive and delicious!
The cooking classes will allow you to return home with recipes to make these dishes in your own kitchen.

It is an ancestral and preventive medicine, the objective of which is to give back to the body the means to regenerate and regain all its vitality using natural techniques. Diet, physical activity, sleep and emotion management are some of its essential pillars. Naturopathy allows everyone to become an actor of their health in a simple and natural way on a daily basis.
